It's been a long time since i blogged. Six months have run past since i joined this company. During this period, i have made some very good friends, learnt some very important things and most importantly experienced the real meaning of the two words dreaded by most IT professionals: PRESSURE and DEADLINES.Fortunately, i found some very good friends who helped me during times of need.

After 3 months of intense work pressure, i learnt a few important lessons
* No job is easy, each one has it's own pros and cons.
* No matter, how hard you work, it never gets noticed untill the desired result is achieved.
* Never work for a good appraisal, money is not everything(although i still don't agree),work sincerely for a proper 8 hours and leave.(If you decide to browse or fool around, your office wouldn't be the ideal place to do so)
* Never bother about your salary(Unless you get underpaid).
* Always maintain a good relation with your co-workers. Remember you are a part of a team.
* Never compare yourself with other employees. Most importantly, never compare your salary with your other colleagues(It would lead to unnecassary mental stress).
MOST IMPORTANT: Have regular tea breaks. Take time to stress out. Chat with your friends.
* Learn from your mistakes and mend them.
* Never be emotionally attached to your company or your friends.
Last, but not least, Whenever you feel like quitting your organization and join a new one, rememeber that all companies are more or less the same shit. Only difference being that they might pay you better(If you bargain well)
